The restoration has preserved and enhanced the villa’s aesthetic richness, characterized by a combination of Art Nouveau, Neo-Gothic, and Neo-Renaissance, reflecting Coppedè’s creative genius. Elements such as ornamental stuccos, artistic wrought iron, marble columns, original frescoes, and the iconic Gothic turret distinguish it from the traditional villas characteristic of the region.
The interior, sensitively reinterpreted by Brudnizki, combines antique pieces selected at auction, local craftsmanship, and custom-made Italian textiles. The use of Palissandro blue marble in the bathrooms, terracotta floors, and Baroque plaster details evokes that air of relaxed sophistication so characteristic of the Mediterranean.
Every detail has been conceived to pay homage to Ligurian heritage. From Albisola Superiore ceramic lamps to Vienna straw-inlaid side tables inspired by the Chiavari chair, everything in this villa tells a story.
