A privileged enclave in the heart of AMAALA
Located within the Marina Village community, Triple Bay Marina Yacht Club was conceived as the gateway to the Red Sea for international travelers, nautical associations, and residents.

HKS, the architectural firm, was challenged to create a building that would not only function as a social and sports center but also blend seamlessly into the coastal landscape, offering open access to the stunning views of the waterfront
An architectural design inspired by nature and maritime history

The club’s architectural concept draws on two main sources of inspiration:
- Rock formations of the Red Sea: the cantilevered terraces evoke the silhouette of the cliffs that line the Saudi coast.
- Nautical Heritage: References to maritime history reinforce its connection to the navy.
The 7,900 m² structure spread over four floors combines a minimalist white exterior inspired by traditional Arabian houses with luxurious metallic finishes and interiors clad in locally sourced stone, wood, and leather.
An arrival designed to impress

The experience begins with a grand entrance archway leading to a shaded plaza with panoramic views of the Red Sea. The mirrored vaulted ceiling and illuminated floor simulate a starry sky, creating a unique atmosphere for those arriving by land or sea.
Interiors with a nautical soul

The interior design, by ROAM, maintains a constant connection with the exterior landscape.
The champagne and brass color palette is combined with noble materials to offer a warm and refined atmosphere. The spaces—bars, lounges, and the flagship restaurant—are arranged in a seamless circular path.
Triple Bay, a center designed for wellness

The AMAALA Triple Bay destination spans three natural bays and is envisioned as a global hub for sustainable luxury and wellness tourism.
The development is seeking LEED Gold certification, while the yacht club is aiming for LEED Platinum.
This project is key to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which seeks to diversify the country’s economy by promoting luxury tourism. AMAALA is estimated to generate 50,000 direct and indirect jobs and contribute nearly 11 billion riyals to the national GDP.
