Aston Martin has just unveiled No. 001 Minami Aoyama, its first ultra-luxury residence in Asia, located in the exclusive Omotesandō district of Tokyo. This project is the result of a collaboration with VIBROA Inc., a leader in luxury real estate development in Japan, and marks a milestone in Aston Martin’s commitment to exceptional design and craftsmanship.
An exclusive design that reflects the essence of Aston Martin

With 724 m² spread over four floors, No. 001 Minami Aoyama combines cutting-edge technology, high-quality materials, and a design inspired by Aston Martin’s iconic luxury sports cars. Every detail has been carefully conceived by the design team led by Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin.

The architectural façade, adorned with vertical metal slats, offers a dynamic play of light that changes throughout the day, ensuring privacy and elegance. Inside, the spaces stand out for their balance of luxury and functionality, featuring elements such as:
- Car Gallery: An artistic space displaying two vehicles as sculptures.
- Private Spa: With a sauna, Hinoki bath, and a terrace with an Onsen-style outdoor pool.
- Exclusive Facilities: Including a gym, wine cellar, and golf simulator.
Innovation and bespoke craftsmanship

Every corner of this residence reflects Aston Martin’s commitment to innovation. The spectacular sculptural staircase, crafted from folded steel with an origami-inspired design, connects all floors, while materials such as black volcanic stone and gray oak add a touch of sophistication to the common areas.

In addition, Aston Martin has selected high-end furnishings, such as custom cabinetry by Molteni&C and an integrated audio system by Bowers & Wilkins, to deliver an unprecedented luxury experience.
An oasis of tranquility in the heart of Tokyo

No. 001 Minami Aoyama not only redefines luxury but also offers an urban retreat designed for the most discerning client. The rooftop terrace, overlooking Tokyo Tower, combines entertainment spaces and green areas, creating an ideal setting for enjoying unforgettable sunsets.
Aston Martin’s expansion in Asia

This project symbolizes Aston Martin’s growing presence in the Asian market, which is further strengthened by the recent opening of its showroom at The Peninsula Tokyo. According to Marek Reichman, “Tokyo has been a constant source of inspiration for our team, and this project celebrates the fusion of Japanese culture with Aston Martin’s design philosophy.”

For his part, Toshiyuki Yoshida, CEO of VIBROA, emphasized: “The collaboration with Aston Martin adds a new dimension to the luxury real estate market in Japan, offering an unparalleled lifestyle experience.”
