On an island where luxury, spirituality, and the avant-garde converge, a new culinary icon is born: Casa Flow, the ambitious project of Luis Villamizar, co-founder of the internationally acclaimed COYA chain. After conquering more than a dozen cities with his high-end Latin American cuisine, Villamizar takes a radical turn toward conscious vegan eating with the creation of a space that goes far beyond a restaurant: a sensorial, ethical, and transformative refuge in the historic center of Ibiza.
A restaurant in Ibiza that represents a declaration of principles

Located in a majestic 127-year-old neoclassical mansion, Casa Flow represents a declaration of principles. More than a gastronomic concept, it is a vision of plant-based living, an ode to holistic well-being, organic design, and modern spirituality.

This space represents a fusion of vegan haute cuisine, live music, conscious interior design, and cultural programming, all set in an environment that honors the island’s natural beauty. With capacity for more than 150 guests across its terrace, indoor lounge, and exclusive open kitchen, Casa Flow was not conceived to be a seasonal venue. Its mission is to remain open year-round, to be a community gathering point, and to offer transformative experiences to both island residents and visitors.
A gastronomic experience based on plants and creativity

At Casa Flow, food is medicine, art, and an act of presence. Its 100% plant-based menu is an exquisite fusion of Asian and South American flavors, prepared with functional ingredients, slow food techniques, and a sensitivity that transforms each dish into a highly complete sensorial experience.
These are some of the culinary gems on the menu
- Grilled Lion’s Mane mushrooms with Ibizan potato puree, balsamic reduction, and chimichurri—a functional dish that stimulates digestive and cognitive health.
- Truffled mushroom risotto with celeriac steak, deep and aromatic, ideal for the most discerning palates.
- Indochinese dumplings and Manchurian dumplings are captivating with their texture, umami, and balance of spices.

Each recipe is designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit, highlighting the power of plant-based food as a vehicle for personal and collective transformation.
Sensory design that pays homage to bohemian Ibiza

Villamizar himself designed the interior of Casa Flow, with an aesthetic selection that focuses on noble materials, artisanal ceramics, natural textiles, and pieces salvaged from the original building. Everything is chosen with intention: from the lamps to the furniture, each element seeks to evoke the spiritual, bohemian, and quietly luxurious Ibiza.

The result is a warm, enveloping, and deeply harmonious space where the visual and tactile experience aligns with the project’s values.
Casa Flow: Community, art, and well-being year-round

So, Casa Flow is not just a luxury plant-based restaurant in Ibiza. It’s also a constantly evolving cultural center, with a program that includes live music, dance, meditation sessions, artistic performances, and expanded narrative. A proposal that transcends gastronomy to become a true epicenter of contemporary spirituality and creativity.

From the very beginning, the experience is ceremonial: a welcoming ritual with copal purifies the environment, while the music vibrates at high frequencies and natural aromas awaken the senses. The goal is clear: to return to the present and reconnect with the essential.
A personal commitment with a global vision

Behind Casa Flow lies a vital transformation. Luis Villamizar is leaving behind a successful career leading an international gastronomic empire to embrace a much more intimate, ethical approach aligned with his current values. At his side, his sister Carolina Villamizar, who heads daily operations, brings structure and coherence to this gastronomic, spiritual, and aesthetic manifesto.

Together, they consolidate a pioneering offering on the island: a luxury vegan restaurant that pays homage to the art of living with your feet on the ground and your soul expanding.
