The Spanish contemporary art scene experienced a historic moment with the first edition of ENEAS, a unique experience organized by Saisho and Eneaverso. This innovative event brought together 21 contemporary artists and more than 100 works of art, offering an unforgettable journey through eight levels of artistic experimentation. Held in Madrid, ENEAS attracted more than 600 attendees, including collectors, critics, curators, and key figures in the national art scene.

Art as a transformative experience
Inspired by the hero of Virgil’s The Aeneid, ENEAS seeks to build a bridge between destruction and creation, transforming art into a catalyst for personal and collective change. According to Carlos Suárez, CEO of Saisho: “Virgil refounded and glorified Rome with The Aeneid, just as Saisho and Eneaverso do in contemporary art with ENEAS.”

During the opening speech, Javier Camacho, founder of Eneaverso, emphasized: “Art, like life, is a constant experimentation in search of new paths to unfold its purpose.” This philosophy was reflected in the diversity of the works presented, which explored concepts such as tradition, avant-garde, and transformation.
